"Ken Quach does not care about long term customers. Ever since he took over previous owners books we had nothing but issues. The sad part is that not once has he reached out, even after requesting to speak with him. 25 year with State Farm and this is how he treats you. We are leaving at the end of the month. State Farm is great and you can get your policy through another agent. We will be making a formal complaint against Ken with State Farm. I just wish he cared more."
